The Individual in this role should be comfortable working across an organization with centralized and decentralized resources. This is a hybrid position with some ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide expert legal advice on healthcare regulations, Including HIPAA, FDA compliance, Medicare Requirements, and Stark Law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise on corporate governance, business transactions, and acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare laws.
- Oversee risk management strategies and resolve internal and external legal disputes.
- Collaborate with leadership to align legal strategies with organizational goals.
- Stat current on industry trends, legal updates, and compliance changes affecting healthcare and business.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar membership in at least one U.S. state. Ability to obtain Bar Admission in Florida.
- 2+ years experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, payer systems, and agreements.
- Proven ability to handle complex legal matters with precision and professionalism.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Previous work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
